Financial Planning Team은 전사 재무계획 수립과 사업 분석을 통해 재무적 Implication을 도출하고, 경영진의 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 조직입니다.
본 포지션은 전사 재무 구조를 이해하고, 복잡한 사업 환경에서 재무 관점의 판단과 방향성을 제시하는 Senior FP&A 역할을 수행합니다.
KICPA certification; ability to understand complex business structures and derive financial implications; experience in preparing and reporting to management; proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using AI tools; strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders; no disqualification for overseas travel. Preferred: 10+ years of FP&A experience; experience in P&L management and financial analysis at the enterprise or business unit level; high understanding of the game industry; proficiency in data analysis tools; experience improving work using AI/automation tools.
