What employers can see

Employers can see aggregate statistics about how their jobs perform on ManaBoard — impressions, click-through rates, and anonymous role/region distribution.
Aggregates only display when at least 5 candidates contributed to the count (K-anonymity ≥ 5). Smaller slices display as "—".
Employers never see who you are unless you click "Apply" and submit your information directly to their ATS.
We do not share or sell individual candidate data to third parties.
You can opt out of being included in employer aggregate statistics from your account settings.
