岗位职责

• 参与项目功能测试，包括用例设计、测试执行与结果评估，确保产品各环节质量可控；
• 跟踪并详细记录游戏Bug，推动缺陷的及时修复和回归验证，保障关键问题闭环；
• 针对新需求、版本更新进行覆盖性测试，分析和定位复杂问题，提出合理测试改进建议；
• 熟练使用测试、缺陷管理和协作工具（如JIRA、TestRail、禅道等），提升测试效率；
• 与开发、美术、策划等岗位紧密协作，积极沟通推动测试流程与体验优化；
• 关注前沿游戏测试方法与行业动态，持续总结测试经验、提升测试流程。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏测试相关工作经验，对游戏功能、玩法及体验有强烈敏感度；
• 熟悉主流软件测试方法、流程及用例设计原则，具备扎实的测试理论基础；
• 能熟练使用缺陷管理、测试协作等相关工具；
• 具备良好逻辑分析与问题定位能力，能独立承担模块或专项测试任务；
• 责任心强，工作细致认真，乐于主动发现问题并推动解决；
• 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，有跨部门联动经验优先；
• 注重结果复盘与经验沉淀，持续学习提升自身测试能力。

加分项

• 有自动化测试、性能测试、接口测试等专项测试实操经验；
• 有Unreal Engine（UE5）引擎项目或英雄联盟IP相关产品测试经验；
• 熟悉脚本语言或工具开发，有自研测试工具经验；
• 有国际化项目、多端适配或跨文化项目协作背景；
• 英语口语流利，能阅读或编写英文测试文档。

用工性质：与专业人事服务公司FESCO Adecco签订劳动合同.

- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant game testing experience and strong sensitivity to game features, gameplay, and experience. - Familiar with mainstream software testing methods, processes, and test case design principles, possessing a solid foundation in testing theory. - Proficient in using defect management and testing collaboration tools. - Possess strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of independently undertaking module or specialized testing tasks. - Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, proactive in identifying and resolving issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with cross-departmental collaboration experience preferred. - Focus on results review and experience accumulation, continuously learning and improving personal testing abilities.
